Café Korb

Its 1904 opening party was attended by Emperor Franz Joseph I; rebuilt in the 1950s, it kept the booths and retro fittings from that decade. Freud's other regular, later a late-night venue for psychoanalytic argument and a haunt of Nobel laureates, with an Artlounge and a bowling alley attached. Breakfast is served all day, the Wiener schnitzel is a house item, and the portrait on the wall is the owner, Susanne Widl.
