Los Galayos

Inaugurated in 1894 on Calle Botoneras, with tables spilling onto the Plaza Mayor arcade, and Castilian cooking as the fixed brief: roast meats, regional dishes, the long-standing repertoire of the square. Being on the Plaza Mayor and still being a serious kitchen after 130 years is the unusual part.
