Spring Lake

At 2.3 acres this is well under the five-acre threshold some limnologists use to separate a lake from a pond, and it is one of the smallest bodies of water the city tracks at all. It has been in the water quality monitoring program since the beginning, named alongside Brownie, Cedar and Harriet in the 1991 Chain of Lakes Clean Water Partnership study.
