Klein Constantia

Home of Vin de Constance, the sweet wine that reached Napoleon and turns up in Jane Austen. The tasting is still done standing up, a setup the estate has kept long after everyone else sat their visitors down, and the fee is waived if you leave with a bottle. The Riesling and the Sauvignon Blanc are the ones to ask for alongside the dessert wine.
