Constantia Uitsig
Wine has been made on this land for more than 300 years, and the farm has put itself through a long refurbishment, including a contemporary cellar built for visitors. Tasting happens at The Wine Shop, charged per head, and is run as a seated flight brought to the table rather than a conversation. Open Door handles the food, contemporary cooking in the renovated rooms.
