Eagles' Nest
Known in the valley for its Shiraz, with the Merlot close behind, on a site high enough that the peak above it carries the farm's name. Hours are short and the same every day, 10:00 to 16:30, so the tasting room is a morning or early afternoon stop rather than a sunset one. There is a stream running through the grounds, which keeps children occupied while the adults taste.
