Levada Fajã do Rodrigues

PR16 starts at Ginjas in São Vicente and runs 7.8 km round trip to the Ribeira do Inferno stream, about three and a half hours at an easy to moderate grade. Three tunnels break up the route, the longest roughly 600 m and around twenty minutes of walking, so a headlamp is not optional. The footpath is cut into the rock face in places, and the trail has been listed as closed at times.
