Australia's long-distance walking tracks
Map of 9 locations in Australia
Long multi-day tracks across Australia, each held by a state parks agency, a council or a volunteer foundation rather than under any national designation. They run between fixed terminal points, through national parks, along coastlines and over mountain ranges, and several follow routes first cut for goldfields, exploration or rail. The line shown for each is OpenStreetMap's mapping of the track as it stands. The set follows the list of long-distance hiking tracks in Australia on English Wikipedia, bounded to the tracks of 100 km or more and transcribed by hand; the lines are OpenStreetMap's and the dates and lengths are the cited pages'.
