Levada do Rei

PR18 covers 10.6 km round trip from the São Jorge wastewater treatment plant to Ribeiro Bonito, about three and a half hours with only a little incline and clear waymarking. The trail follows the stream into a gorge holding several small cascades, and the final fall and pool sit among boulders that take some basic clambering to reach. Listed as one of the easier levada walks and quieter than the Rabaçal routes.
