Greenwich Park

74 hectares in south-east London, enclosed in 1427 and the oldest enclosed Royal Park, landscaped in the 17th century by André Le Nôtre whose tree-lined avenues are still the main structure of the place. It occupies a hillside above the Thames and forms part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with the Royal Observatory at the top. The Charlton Way bus stop on the park's edge is sheltered and lit with a departures board, but has no tactile paving.
