Bushy Park

445 hectares, over 1,000 acres, second in size only to Richmond and lying next to Hampton Court Palace. Wild fallow and red deer have been kept here since the 16th century and still range across the open ground. The Diana Fountain, a 17th-century statue of the Roman goddess, sits at the centre of a large round pond, and a signed local cycle route runs through the park.
