Nursery Ravine

The other Kirstenbosch ascent, rated fairly strenuous alongside Skeleton Gorge and most often walked as its partner: up one ravine and down the other, with the Contour Path linking the two bases. It is the drier and more open of the pair, so it takes the sun where Skeleton Gorge holds shade. Continuing to the cableway station from the top of either ravine adds a long crossing of the Back Table rather than a quick exit.
