Passage du Grand Cerf

Built in 1825 and named for the stag's head mounted at the Rue Saint-Denis entrance. Its glass and wrought-iron roof rises over three storeys, the tallest of any Paris passage, which is why the interior reads as a street rather than a corridor. Design workshops, fashion boutiques and cafés occupy the units under it.
