Passage du Ponceau

Erected in 1826 between Rue Saint-Denis and Boulevard de Sébastopol, and heavily altered in the 1970s, which cost it much of its 19th-century fabric. What survives is the run of glass domes over the walkway and Art Nouveau detailing carried through to the staircase. Art dealers, antique shops, a chocolatier and a wine merchant occupy the units.
