Residenzschloss Mergentheim
From the 16th century until the Teutonic Order was dissolved in 1809, this Renaissance and Baroque complex was the main seat of the Order's Grand Masters, and it still takes in the palace church, courtyard and garden. It has since counted among the state-owned monuments in the care of the Staatliche Schlösser und Gärten, administered from Weikersheim.
