Bruchsal Palace
Built for the prince-bishops of Speyer, and described by the state administration as the only Prince-Bishop's residence on the Upper Rhine. Its own text singles out Balthasar Neumann's staircase, which it calls the crown jewel of all Baroque staircases. The building is state property, with a Bruchsal palace administration of its own in the list of Staatliche Schlösser und Gärten offices.
