Westvleteren
Sint-Sixtus has brewed since 1838 and deliberately stayed small: 4,750 hectolitres in 2004, less than a thirtieth of what Koningshoeven made the same year. The abbey sells only what it needs to support itself, which is the whole point of the self-sufficiency rule behind the label.
