Brasserie de Rochefort
Our Lady of Saint-Remy has brewed since 1899 and remains one of the five Belgian abbeys still entitled to the logo. Output was 18,000 hectolitres in 2004, a fraction of what Chimay and Westmalle ship, and the beer is sold under the abbey's own Trappist designation rather than licensed out.
