Niepoort

An independent family business since 1842, now in its fifth generation under Dirk Niepoort, ageing its Ports in old casks, bottles and demijohns among the neighbouring cellars of Gaia. Unlike almost everything else on this list it is not set up as a visitor attraction: the lodge has been closed to the public, so check before making the walk.
