Croft

Traced back to 1588, which makes it the oldest operating Port house of them all, on the street named after Baron Forrester. The visit runs through the ageing cellars where the wine sits in casks and vats, then a tasting of three Ports on the terrace in summer or in the lounge when it is cold. By appointment there is the traditional opening of a Vintage with hot tongs, and a blind tasting.
