Burmester

The brand dates to Henry Burmester and John Nash in London in 1750, and the original cellars here reopened in 2012 after restoration, right by the exit of the lower deck of the Luís I bridge. Among the pieces kept on display is the first Burmester barrel, made in 1883. Tours run in Portuguese and English, with tiers from two wines up to a gourmet tasting of LBV, Vintage and Colheita with cheese and chocolate.
