Gare d'Austerlitz

Intercités to the centre and southwest, Limoges-Bénédictins, Brive-la-Gaillarde, Cahors, Montauban and Toulouse, with regional services to Chateaudun, Vendôme, Tours, Orléans and RER C out to Versailles Chantiers and Versailles Château Rive Gauche. Opened in 1840 as Gare d'Orléans and currently mid-way through a contested rebuild of the interchange, so layouts and entrances move. Cafés, a pharmacy, newsagents and lockers inside; the Jardin des Plantes is opposite if you have an hour. The kerbside stop on the quai has a bench and a shelter and is recorded step-free, but no bin and no lighting.
