The stations of Ho Chi Minh City's first metro line

Map of 12 locations in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Line 1 opened on 22 December 2024 as Vietnam's first subway: 19.7 km, 14 stations, Hitachi three-car trains, and only 2.5 km of it actually in tunnel. What a rider needs before leaving the house is which stations are underground, how far apart they sit, and what the cash fare does as you move out of town, since it stays flat at 7,000 VND as far as An Phu and then climbs. Each entry here carries the station's position in kilometres from Ben Thanh, its level, and the transfers that exist only on paper so far.
