Palácio do Jaburu

The vice-presidential residence, designed in 1959 and named for the jabiru stork that nests on the peninsula it occupies. Two low storeys under six metres tall, set apart from the ceremonial axis and screened by water, which is why it is the least photographed of the Brasília palaces. It is a private residence and not open to visitors.
