Parque México
Officially Parque General San Martín, laid out in 1927 in Art Deco to match the Hipódromo Condesa subdivision going up around it. Nine hectares, a fifth of the whole development, with a 1.7-kilometre circuit under mature trees, a duck pond, fountains and a dog park. Open-air cultural events run at the Charles Lindbergh theatre at its centre, and tango sessions use the park on Sunday evenings.
