Bosque de Tláhuac

An urban park on the southeastern edge of the city, in a borough whose economy still rests on agriculture and nopal in particular. It sits near the shore of the Lago de los Reyes Aztecas, and the Tláhuac embarcadero close by runs trajineras on the canals with far fewer crowds than Xochimilco. Late afternoon is the usual time to walk it.
