Free to walk into, and the only one of these with published hours that run to 20:00 on weekdays and 17:00 on Saturday, which makes it the fallback when the City libraries have shut. It is a minute from Leicester Square yet built for reference work, with study desks and art and performing-arts collections. Note the access: OSM records the building as not wheelchair accessible, so check before travelling if steps are an obstacle.
