Canada Water Library

The only room on this list open on a Sunday, from noon to 4pm, and it opens at 8am on weekdays. The inverted-pyramid building puts the quiet study desks on the upper floors, lit from above and looking over the dock, and anyone can use them for free without membership. Step-free access is recorded, as is a wheelchair-accessible toilet, and there is a changing table on site.
