Typhoon Noul (2015)
The system formed as a tropical depression over the eastern Caroline Islands on 2 May. PAGASA recorded landfall at Pananapan Point in Santa Ana, Cagayan, at around 08:45 UTC on 10 May, about 400 km north of Manila, where heavy rain and strong winds flattened houses on the coast, toppled trees and cut power across the province. More than 3,000 residents moved to shelters, and Tropical Storm Risk downgraded the storm from category five to category four the following day.
