Hadrian's Wall Path
An unbroken signposted footpath coast to coast across northern England, the route runs from Segedunum Roman fort at Wallsend across country to Carlisle and then west to Bowness-on-Solway. For most of its length it runs beside Hadrian's Wall, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and it passes through Northumberland National Park.
