Glyndwr's Way

The route winds through the hills, forests and river valleys of mid-Wales, taking in the Radnorshire Hills, the shores of the Clywedog Reservoir near Llanidloes and heather-clad Pumlumon, the highest peak in the Cambrian Mountains. It is dedicated to the 15th century Welsh warrior and self-proclaimed Prince Owain Glyndwr. One of the quietest National Trails, it crosses sparsely populated countryside of successive hills and valleys largely used for sheep rearing, and is signed throughout its length.
