Twickenham Bridge
An arch road bridge opened on 3 July 1933, on the same day as Chiswick Bridge, both built to carry the new Great Chertsey and Chertsey arterial routes now numbered A316. At its seventy-fifth anniversary a government statement recorded that "Twickenham Bridge remains as important today, as it was seventy-five years ago".
