Bernal Heights Park

A bare hilltop under a 50-foot microwave tower, with a paved pedestrian street to the top, dirt trails off it, and an unfenced off-leash dog area. The loop is about a mile and almost entirely exposed, so wind and sun are the deciding factors rather than gradient. Reachable without a car from the 24th Street Mission BART station, and open 05:00 to midnight daily.
