Negrelli Viaduct

Built between 1846 and 1850 on the Olomouc to Dresden line, with 87 stone arches running over a kilometre from Masaryk Station across Štvanice island to Bubny. It was the first railway bridge over the Vltava in Prague and is named after Alois Negrelli, the Austrian engineer who co-designed the Suez Canal. The arches long held storage and garages, some serving Florenc bus station, and the whole structure was rebuilt between 2017 and 2020.
