Igrejinha Nossa Senhora de Fátima

The first church built in Brasília, dated 26 October 1957 and standing less than five metres tall: a single triangular concrete canopy on three supports, serving the residential superquadras 307 and 308 South. Locals still call it the Igrejinha, the little church, and the name has stuck to the address. Its scale is the argument, set against the monumental buildings Niemeyer was drawing at the same moment.
