Miradouro das Portas do Sol

Fifty metres around the corner from Santa Luzia and slightly higher, this terrace gives much the same panorama with nothing overhead to frame it out: São Vicente de Fora and the National Pantheon read clearly across the São Vicente hill. There are effectively two levels, a kiosk café with the statue of São Vicente and a larger open deck that absorbs the crowd better. It faces the Palácio Azurara, which houses the Ricardo Espírito Santo Silva Foundation, and the deck is recorded as wheelchair accessible.
