Landbrotalaug

A man-made hot pot at the eastern end of the Snæfellsnes peninsula, tiny enough that two people is a crowd, with a larger and muddier pool alongside that feeds it. The water runs very hot and there are no changing facilities of any kind. It was closed to the public for a long stretch and reopened in 2024; any car can reach it, though the final access track can be icy or snowed over in winter.
