Kernkraftwerk Obrigheim
Germany's smallest commercial reactor at 357 MW gross, a first-generation Siemens design begun in March 1965 and in commercial operation from April 1969, shut down on 11 May 2005 under the phase-out agreement. EnBW holds the last of the dismantling licences for the site and describes the teardown as far advanced; the spent fuel left by Castor transport for the store at Neckarwestheim. Work on the Neckar site is scheduled to run to 2030.
