La Fleur en Papier Doré

The name means the golden paper flower, and the estaminet was a working hangout for artists and poets whose leavings still cover the walls as a menagerie of curiosities. Nothing about the exterior announces any of this, which is why it gets walked past. The European Bar Guide named it the best pub on the continent.
