À La Becasse

A brown bar from the end of the nineteenth century, down an alley off the Grand Place, where the house pour is sweetened lambic brought to the table in a stoneware jug. Gueuze and lambic are effectively the whole card, Cantillon included. Anyone hunting an IPA is in the wrong street.
