A Trane

A Charlottenburg grocery store until the club opened in 1992, rebuilt by its owners on the logic of a recording studio rather than a bar, which is why the acoustics get talked about before the booking does. The stage runs 12 metres and has carried Herbie Hancock, Diana Krall and Wynton Marsalis alongside the local groups. Mondays are free with Andreas Schmidt and friends, and the late-night jam session starts Saturday at 00:30. Booking ahead is advised.
