Kasarani Stadium
Built as the Moi International Sports Centre for the 1987 All-Africa Games, with the main bowl seating 48,063 on a GrassMaster surface around a running track, plus an indoor arena, a competition pool and a hostel on the same site. It has been closed to Kenyan Premier League clubs for the AFCON upgrade, which adds a larger roof, floodlighting to 3,000 lux and VAR camera positions; Nyayo is due to shut as well. The same work has to serve the 2029 World Athletics Championships.
