Hoima City Stadium

A 20,000-seat multi-purpose ground in the oil region west of Kampala, built by a Turkish contractor on a programme originally costed at twenty months. A CAF infrastructure monitoring officer confirmed it as completed and commissioned, which makes it the one Ugandan venue not working against the 31 December deadline. The LOC counts it as one of the country's three main stadiums.
