Empanada Mama

Forty-odd empanada varieties plus Colombian plates: beans and rice with eggs, spicy arepas, chicken soup with cilantro and rice. Hours were cut during the pandemic and the Hell's Kitchen and Lower East Side rooms have since gone back to running continuously, while the Times Square branch also lists 24-hour service. Walk-in, counter-paced, no booking involved.
