Court Square Diner
Brothers Steve and Nick Kanellos have run this Long Island City diner since 1991, in a building whose diner history is recorded from 1946, and little about it has shifted while food halls and towers went up around it. The menu is the full multi-page kind: hero sandwiches, more than a dozen omelets, Jell-O. Continuous service all week, with delivery as well as the counter.
