A 2024 opening from Stratis Morfogen, who comes from a diner family, built a few blocks from Gramercy Park on an open-door policy and a menu that runs from Greek gyros to burgers and heavily loaded milkshakes. Beer is on draught and there is a cocktail list, which is not standard diner equipment. The entrance is step-free; the toilets are not.
