L'Antica Pizzeria Da Michele

Salvatore Condurro started this in 1870 and the kitchen has never widened its remit: Margherita and Marinara, San Marzano tomato, fior di latte, basil. No bookings are taken, which is the whole system of the place, and the room turns over accordingly. The family name has since travelled as far as Hollywood, but the Via Cesare Sersale room is the original.
