Naples pizzerias trading since before 1900

Each of these houses can be traced in city records to the nineteenth century or earlier, before pizza left Naples for anywhere else. The output stays deliberately narrow, marinara and margherita from a wood oven, sometimes fried pizza alongside. Ownership has passed through families and occasionally out of them, but the addresses have not moved.
