Time Out Market

The 2014 conversion of the eastern half of the 19th-century Mercado da Ribeira, where chefs cooking under their own names took over the stalls and the seating is communal down the middle. It celebrated its tenth anniversary in 2024, by which point the format had been exported to other cities. The traditional market continues in the other half of the same building, on entirely different hours.
