Palazzo Spinola di Pellicceria

This palace was built at the end of the 16th century, away from Strada Nuova in the narrow streets of the old centre. It shows that the Rolli palaces were spread across the whole city. The Spinola residence was donated to the Italian state in 1958 and is now a national gallery. It keeps its original furnishings next to works by Rubens, Van Dyck, Antonello da Messina and Guido Reni. Its small Hall of Mirrors is on the upper floors.
